MISSION STATEMENT
 
BY-LAWS:  ARTICLE II


 

"The purpose of the Humane Society shall be
the prevention of cruelty to animals,
 the education of the community with regard
to proper care and treatment of animals,
 the active promotiion of spay/neuter programs,
the encouragement of pro-animal legislation, and
the establishment of a no-kill animal shelter
in Pulaski County."
 

 
The Pulaski County Humane Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which depends solely on contributions from the community, and does not recieve funding from any federal or state organizations. 
All money collected on behalf of the PCHS is used locally to prevent animal cruelty, for education events, and to operate a low-cost spay/neuter clinic.
 

 
The Society is governed by its own set of bylaws and Roberts
